The second time that you will go to France you might make your mind up that you do not wish to leave. You will have to find a real estate agent in France to get you some houses which are for sale. France has plenty of people who offer properties for sale, and they are just waiting for some people to show up in search of an ideal property in France.

Gers France property is extremely lovely and almost all the homes for sale there have a remarkable history. In Gascony, houses for sale there are very near to places of interest and sights. Landes maisons are plain and old-fashioned, and if you want a luxurious kind of houses, you can try looking for properties in Haute Garonne. There are also countryside homes for sale in France, if you prefer a much tranquil space.

So, if you do not feel like leaving France, then why not search for a vacation houses in France? Vacation homes in France that are for sale are not just a good way to possess a second home but it is also a great investment. France investment property can be put up for lease if you’re not using it so that other people can get pleasure from homes in France without the need of actually buying them.

When you do intend to settle after you’ve bought your real estate in France, you can also search for old homes that you can renovate. You can opt to reside in one of your properties in France whilst refurbishing the others for investment property. France is always a wonderful place to go to and you won’t have a hard time leasing out your France investment property.

When you are on a property search in France, try Tarn et Garonne, Gers real estate, or Gascony for several well-known tourist spots. For a peaceful location to live try to find Haute Garonne properties, Condom real properties, or houses in Les Landes.

You can purchase property in Haute Garonne for a lesser amount than the lavish Gers properties. As a matter of fact, you can purchase real property in France below one hundred thousand in several areas. Moreover, if your budget is tight, don’t waste your time looking in luxurious Landes maisons and Gascony properties. But if you have enough funds, then go for it.

Incidentally, Properties in Condom or Tarn et Garonne is in some place between the luxury and budget. If you have a good real estate agent in France, you can find easy on the pocket property for sale in Gascony and Gers.

Located in north central Europe is Poland, which shares borders to the east with the Russian Federation, Belarus, Ukraine and Lithuania, to the south with the Czech Republic and the Slovak Republic and to the west with Germany. To the north lies the Baltic Sea. Except the Carpathian Mountains in the south and the Oder and Neisse rivers in the west, Poland is a plain with no natural boundaries. The Baltic coast provides great sandy beaches, bays, steep cliffs and dunes. The Northern Poland is dominated by lakes, islands and wooded hills joined by many rivers and canals. Other major rivers are the Vistula, Warta, and Bug, which are important to commerce.

Poland has become one of the major destinations for travelers because of its beauty that can be admired in both its old cities and in the wild scenery of its national parks and nature reserves. It is also a nation with a proud cultural heritage, and theater, music and opera companies. Rich in natural mineral resources such as iron, zinc, copper and rock salt, Poland has the Wieliczka salt mine. This mine is constructed in the 13th century, which contains an entire town below ground with a sanatorium, theatre, church and café. And everything from stairs to chandeliers is made from salt. Among the Poland’s traditional dishes are beetroot soup, cabbage rolls and pierogi. Pierogi are dumplings stuffed with cabbage and mushrooms.

Skiing is very popular in Poland especially in the Tatra Mountains. Indeed, the Bieszczady Mountains in the southeast are highly rated for cross-country skiing. Ice boating is also great in Poland’s frozen waterways. Poland’s rivers are particularly good for bull trout. You may head to the Brodnica or Mysliborz lakelands, or the rivers Brda, Czarna Hancza and Obra if you are canoeists. If you are in the Beskid, Bieszczady and Sudety mountains, both hang gliding and paragliding are popular. Furthermore, Poland’s national parks and nature reserves offer a variety of hiking trails through different types of landscapes ranging from dunes, beaches, rivers and lakes to deep forests and high mountains.

Portland provides many fun things to do. The town is very multicultural so there are a ton of little restaurants to try out. I’m a big fan of Asian food and Portland does not disappoint. Thai food is probably my favorite and Portland seems to have a Thai food restaurant on every corner. The food is very authentic and tastes amazing, for a reasonable price. I also love Indian food and while there are not as many Indian food joints as Thai food, they are still amazing. You can also find a wide assortment of ethnicities represented with restaurants, such as Ethiopian, German, Chinese, Mexican and Middle Eastern.

Portland is a very green city. There are trees everywhere and it’s very beautiful. If you are an outdoors type of person you would really enjoy Portland. There are more hiking trails and parks then you can count. With several parks and forests, there is no shortage of places to get away from the noisy sites and sounds of the city. Portland is also very bike and pet friendly. Many people bike to their jobs and around town. There are many bike paths available. You can also take your dog to one of the many dog parks to socialize with other animals.

Portland has a great night life as well. There are many fancy clubs with great music. There are many unique clubs including an old remodeled church, a club that drops water from the ceiling when its warm and clubs that are underground.

Another amazing thing about Portland are it’s bars. Beer is big in Portland and there are over 1000 brands of beer bottled in and around town. There are also more bars then I can count. It’s very easy to get a taxi or ride the MAX (train type transportation) and go bar hopping around town. The people are friendly and the beer is plentiful.

If all of this wasn’t enough for you, Portland has an NBA team and a huge stadium called the Rose Garden. If you are not into sports, they also hold many concerts and other events there. The MAX stops right outside and it’s easily accessible. There are shows there almost once a week when the basketball season is not going on.

Next time you are thinking of visiting the North West, check out Portland and you will not regret it. Stay a few nights and get a feel for the town and enjoy all the activities it has to offer.

Contact their courteous and attentive hospitality team to make your reservations. Book one of our exciting vacation packages, plan a corporate or social event, or inquire about our deluxe downtown accommodations, availability and services. Whether you’re planning a special family vacation or an important business trip, Portland.Heathmanhotel.com is a premier luxury boutique hotel right downtown and in the heart of Portland’s Financial and Cultural Districts.

Alpine peaks, beautiful coastline, valleys rich in vineyards, natural free flowing springs, waterfalls, rivers and rolling hills are some of the magnificent and radiant features that Slovenia has. People from different walks of life visit this country for different reasons either for business, temporary pleasure or permanent relocation. Investing in Slovenia real estate is one of the best long term beneficial ways of making money. The world of today has seen the business of real estate making huge unbelievable profits over a short base period of time. Joining this bandwagon ensures investors of financial prosperity over the coming years.

There are two major reasons that have increased the value of real estate in Slovenia. The first one reason is the expansion in economy. Over the past few years, this small country has experienced a booming economy. The increase in growth rate is attributed to joining of the European Union in 2004 and using the euro as its currency. The expansion in economy coupled with the solid and well structured government policies has seen real estate experiencing annual growth rate of 5%.

The second reason is tourism. Through the government’s numerous efforts to promote the country’s heritage and scenery abroad, many visitors have availed themselves for the purposes of holiday making. The capital has offered many places for accommodation including hotels and apartments. However, the Ljubljana hotels and apartments are largely sought after by the tourists and holidaymakers. This is because they have provided outstanding and superb customer services. There are many types of real estate to choose from ranging from capital gains, holiday homes and income based ones. One can always decide in buying all three of them. Many locations offer these properties.

Thessaloniki, Greeces’ second largest city, is an ideal destination for a great cultural city break. Sitting on the coast the city has a bustling harbour which faces the Bay of Thermaikos. Situated in the Macedonia region of mainland Greece, Thessaloniki brims with history and culture. Here in the city you will find intriguing historical sites, fascinating architecture, museums, Byzantine churches which are on the UNESCO World Heritage list, squares and parks. Archaeological sites in the area include the Roman Forum and baths, the Palace of Galerius, the Nymphion and the Vergina group of sites which includes the tomb of Alexander the Greats father. Museums include the White Tower Museum, the Byzantine Museum, the Archaeological Museum and the State Museum of Contemporary Art.

Much of the city was destroyed by a fire in 1917 but it has since been rebuilt and is now a mix of old and new. Parts of the Byzantine walls that separated the old Jewish quarter and the famous White Tower are still standing. Mount Olympus, which is the highest mountain in Greece and the birthplace of the gods is just 48 miles from the city and worthy of a visit. The beaches at Halkidiki are just 45 minutes from Thessaloniki, offering some great watersports or just a quiet relaxing break from the hustle and bustle of this great city. Thessaloniki has a vibrant nightlife with clubs, discos, bazouki halls and fine dining and traditional restaurants. For those looking for quieter evenings there are some great bars and cafes along the waterfront and in the two main squares down in the harbour.

The climate here is typically Mediterranean, with hot dry summers and cooler winters. July and August are the hottest months with temperatures reaching 27C and more than 10 hours of sunshine a day. October, November and December are the wettest and coldest months with temperatures often dropping as low as 7C. For great city breaks to Thessaloniki watch out for the many travel deals that are available throughout the internet.

Kyrgyzstan is probably one of the Soviet Satellite Republics prior to the Soviet Union collapsed. Despite the political tension within the country within the past decade, the present regime has mostly isolated the turmoil in the southern regions on the region. Kyrgyzstan is probably one of the most progressive nations in central Asia. Kyrgyzstan is predominantly Muslim with practically three fourths of its population being Muslims. However the region isn’t as strict as other Muslim nations and headscarves for women are not by and large watched. Kyrgyzstani cuisine is mostly meat based. It is attributed to their nomadic roots where ancient Kyrgyzstani seldom stay in a location long enough to grow their own crops. Meat dishes are outstanding and are ideal matches to most alcoholic drinks especially vodka. There is in addition a strong Russian influence when considering the cuisine as well as the selection of beverage.

There are several notable holidaymaker destinations in Kyrgyzstan. A large number of these are Lake Issyk Kul, Lake Song Kul, Tash Rabat, Burana Tower and Ala Archa National Park. Lake Issyk Kul is one of the magnificent lakes in the region. It is located in the mountains and is best known for its clear blue water. Lake Song Kul is a dead ringer for Issyk Kul except it is substantially smaller and farther away. Its distance from Bishkek makes it much less accessible to vacationers. Tash Rabat alternatively can be a glimpse of the the Kyrgyzstani past. It is a road side inn issued of stone these inns served as stop around points for travelers and are normally situated in cross roads. The Burana Tower is often a landmark inside the ancient Silk Road. It will be the final marker for the ancient city of Balasagun. Ala Archa National Park is one of the country’s best alpine parks and is often a short distance clear of the capital. Tash Rabat, Burana Tower and Ala Archa National Park is close to the capital and is incredibly accessible to tourists.
