HipSoft’s hit time management casual game is once again followed-up with a new sequel to satisfy eager fans of this construction-themed installment. The Build-a-lot 3: Passport to Europe game continues your adventures in constructing houses and buildings for ailing neighborhoods needing your expertise. And now, instead of the U.S., your talents will be tested in Europe’s most challenging areas. You are invited by Europe’s most important figures to help in the real estate planning of their underdeveloped towns. As we all know, European buildings are known for their rich history and proud architectural designs. With this in mind, you have to bring back the former glory of these beautiful neighborhoods and enrich the lives of the townspeople as well by constructing buildings designed to better their state in life.

Just like its predecessors, Build-a-lot 3: Passport to Europe is a time management game where you take the role of a real estate expert developing whole towns as requested by several public officials. For each stage of the game, you are given goals to attain, and all you have to do is to reach these goals within the specified time limit set on the upper left side of your screen. If supposedly you are fast enough to finish a level before the timer reaches the notch, you are then awarded a special star ribbon, sign of your outstanding abilities and time management prowess.
